Hi,

I am new to Kaltura. I am currently using a Drupal plugin to have users upload videos to Kaltura server. The free account said that it has a 10GB limit. Is this
1)a monthly limit or overall? because my account says that I have used .19GB while I have not logged in only yesterday for this month
2)If monthly does this include streaming and storage or are they separate. Sorry, but I couldnt find it clearly written on the web.

Please let me know, since I will need to make a decision on moving to the paid plan if this is not suitable

Hi,

On the SaaS edition (kaltura.com) the 10GB limit is for bandwidth and hosting combined and is a one time trial period – that means when you reach the 10GB limit, you will need to upgrade the account.

Hello,
My Kaltura Account was blocked, can not log in so I can go in and delete content. It happens that some spammer probably entered my site and posted content giant.
I would like to access my account and delete content not to exceed the limit. I'm still new here and am testing environment will soon want to upgrade from the free version.
I count on your help.
