Kaltura Media Node wizard doesn't open

Hi,
I've installed a working Kaltura CE beside a Drupal CMS and the related module, of course.
The Kaltura administration Server Integration Settings are all green checked.
BUT when I try to open Kaltura Media Node under Create Content item, I get nothing but a black window in the middle of the page.
My Drupal installation is under 'wwwroot/drupal' folder, so I tried copying crossdomain.xml under both 'wwwroot' and 'wwwroot/drupal' folders. In that file I included reference to 'http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' and 'http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/drupal', but with no success.
Any idea?

Yes, of course: read and re-read and followed literally during integration. But I don'understand where I made the mistake...
I even tried the upload client directly from KalturaCE interface and it worked correctly.
All the settings seem to be ok by the Drupal module side and even on KalturaCE server side. The only strange thing that happens is that I periodcally find the KalturaCE server services down even though I don't touch them and I have to restart all the batches manually. But I don't think this is related to the problem of this post.
Is there a log where I can check what happens?

...don't ask me why, but as I wiped the module off and reinstalled it from scratch, all the things worked fine.
