Kaltura Plug In for Joomla will not work in IE

Installed, set up player/playlist in my KCM, videos look great in Safari and Mozilla however all it will show in IE is a black box.
The component seems like it would be great however it will not work for this site or any other site I try and use this for if no one can see it in IE.
Can anyone help me out here?

Hi,

What IE version are you using? Besides the black box, do you have any other error indication?

Also, the embed code won't work on any page I put it in, not just my Joomla site, when viewed in Internet Explorer. I contacted support directly, was contacted quickly back asking what version of IE I was using to test, answered it promptly and never heard another word about it. Also, information requests about premium services was ignored. I think the programmers here are not quite ready for prime time with this one...

The extensions was tested on IE8 and is passed the tests.
Please attach screenshots and describe the installation process you took so we will be able to help and solve the issue.

Well, that's pretty strange. I tested it on IE8, IE7, had IE user-friends across the US test it and for all it appeared the same. I am not sure that the numerous (dozens) people I had test it were wrong or if you're not seeing something (or trying not to see something)
I installed per instructions - pretty standard for Joomla installs - and as I said, works fine in Mozilla and Safari, so nothing wrong with install.
Screenshot? Pleased to share.
Although, I have already moved onto another player/editor. Amazing find, really, with unprecedented support. Super happy there.
Had a HUGE production company (all A list films) my husband works for test as well - did not work for them either. They are revamping their website to incorporate a new player with editing capabilities.
