Kaltura will host up to 10 GB with All in One plugin installation?

How does that work? 10GB total for an account? And how much can be streamed per month? I've read in a wiki page that it would be 3GB per month. Can you please confirm? I'm trying to evaluate where we should host our videos.

Also, I've read that there is a version you can deploy to your own server to host the videos yourself. Does Kaltura convert video formats to FLV? Does that mean you are using FFMPEG and we would have to install that in our server? And if so, would that run in a shared hosting plan?
