Kaltura won't show the video images in recent posts or feature post.

We use WooTheme Groovy Video theme. We like your features but we struggle to do something. I ask for support or recommendation. My Groovy Video have the video posts in "Feature" and "Recent Posts". What is the problem? I did create a video vlog but the thumbnail image didn't appear on each posts. How can we solve the issues or problems?

I have no problem with YouTube setting up but little hassle to do some dirty works. I believe that your features would save our time alot.
