KalturaCE system requirements/recommendations?

OK...first off I've read the dupport docs and know what the "recommended" system requirements are. However, I'd like to hear from people using KalturaCE and see what kind of resources they are giving to the application so it runs smoothly and efficiently. Going to set up a virtual environment under VMWare and just curious how resource hungry it is!

Thanks for any input on this. I'm in the middle of spec'ing out the host hardware and want to be sure I budget for enough processing power and RAM. Will likely run this under Ubuntu 8.04 Server LTS.
