Does anyone know if it is possible to produce live video streaming from my webcam into my Wordpress blog?

I want to do live streaming with CE4 . My rtmp is successfully working. But when I try to create Live stream from content menu.....Its status changes from "provisioning" to "error"(should be ready). Can you tell me what mistake I have made?
