Maximum no of uploads per users.

Hi All,

I am integrating kaltura in one my clients website through API. On the site the users can register and upload videos through kaltura. Now we want to restrict number of uploads per user. I tried to search forums and docs but I can just find answers to maximum size and maximum uploads at one time. Please anybody can help me out? Thanks in advance.
