mediaService reject makes entry unusable in v3 API

I've noticed that when you call the reject method on KalturaMediaService, it makes the entry unplayable, as documented. But it also makes the entry unget-able via the get action and undelete-able via the KMC in KalturaCE.
Is anyone else seeing this behavior with reject?
