Migrating entry table id value from kaltura 1ce to 4ce

We are going to upgrade to v4 CE at Half term (been waiting for the moodle 2 plugin) and have setup the VM image. I've been inspecting the database using phpMyAdmin but tried changing "kshowid" for one video in the "entry" table and the video now can't be found when I try to refer to that video using the Content preview tool.

Given I don't fancy faffing in the moodle database (we have a lot of instances of the moodle plugin pointing to videos), what else do I need to do to change the v4 generated IDs to the old ones?
