Multiple Kaltura CE Accounts for one Moodle Installation

Basically what I am trying to accomplish, is have my instructors be able to upload their content to the Kaltura CE server and have it so only they can access their content. Then have this possible for multiple instructors, and then have one overall admin account that can manage all uploaded content.
Is this possible with Kaltura CE 3.0 and the Moodle Plugin?
