My Videos Not Appearing In Joomla Selector

Strange issue. When I click on the "Add Video" button and get my dialogue box, click on "My Content" tab ... I don't see my videos. Searching for them by name, keyword, etc., doesn't find any either.

In the Kaltura Video plugin editor, my account is connected and I can see my videos, but not my custom players I set up in the KMC. So Joomla is connected to my account, but not in places where I select the videos/players.

Can someone advise on how to fix?
