No telephone number for technical support for paying customers???

Our videos haven't been showing for over 7 hours and we can't get anyone from kaltura to respond. We've emailed and now can't find a phone number.
Has anyone else had this problem where tech support is not around? Does it make sense to not give our a phone number to paying clients?
Did you try contacting the sales team (+1-800-871-5224) and asking them to forward you to someone in support? I have no idea if they would - but it's worth a shot!
