No Transcoding No Email

KalturaCE is installed on Centos 5.5 - 64bit

New publisher accounts are not getting email. And uploaded video is not converted, no thumbnail no flavors. Entry investigation shows --

Convert Profile (11) Almost Done
Extract Media (12) Pending

When I try to run - sh serviceBatchMgr.sh start -- I get this:

Starting:KGenericBatchMgr.class.php is running as 5533
5538
5544
5548 without a /kaltura/app/batch/KGenericBatchMgr.class

Any ideas would be welcome.

can you try restarting the batch (use restart instead of start)?

Hello,

I tried it and got this.

sh serviceBatchMgr.sh restart
Shutting down:serviceBatchMgr.sh: line 114: [: too many arguments
[FAILED]
Service KGenericBatchMgr.class not running
Starting:KGenericBatchMgr.class.php is running as 5533
5538
5544
5548 without a /kaltura/app/batch/KGenericBatchMgr.class

I also see this in the error_log in the app/scripts directory.

I'm also getting these messages from the server:

i got the same errors. overall i got more problems with kaltura than it works?
