Player works in admin mode, but not for other users

I'm attaching a comparison of the code for the player as it appears in the administrator mode versus a user login (with access to everything). The stuff in red is what's present when the player works. The yellow is what I'm getting when I try to log in as a user other than admin. It looks like things aren't getting passed properly. I'm using Drupal 6 with the Analytic theme, but the same thing happened when I switched back to the Garland theme. I'm not sure where to look to fix this. I've gone through configuration settings and also activated everything for the user I'm testing.
