Anonymous Webcam Upload : Amazon AWS Cloud KalturaCE : KCW or Video Widget

Server on the Amazon Cloud. I figured out how to modify the index.php for my purposes.
Need to make 1 Page that any Anonymous User can Record themselves with their webcam and upload.
Then save these files off server for later processing.
