When adding source or uploading files in KAE, if you try to cancel it or close KCW the dialog box is out of the window. No way to click the buttons.

I cannot reproduce this problem in build 1.0.15.29762. Therefore I am assuming that the bug has been fixed somewhere along the line. Please feel free to reopen this issue if you discover any other related problems.
