Problem with userID of the baseEntry created by KSU

I found the userID of the baseEntry created by KSU is always "__ADMIN__27324". It doesn't matter what userID I start the session or what userID I put in to the flashVars. I don't know where __ADMIN__27324 is from. 27324 is not my partnerID.
Also if I use userID "_ADMIN__27324" as a filter and call BaseEntryService.List (both test console and API v3 program), the file just uploaded is not returned. I am sure the file is uploaded as it shows on KMC.
Does anyone have the same problem? Or did I miss something?
