Problems with KAE

1. We did a fresh install of KCE and trying to look at the demo KAE and we are getting error:

2. Error 2

When trying to use the API(test) to flatten and download a video project, the the investigate tab for the entry id: iiwkp77qfk always shows:

And nothing ever happens.

3. I have tried to go through the forums and documentation, (which again is one of the most confusing ever) and having no success.

4. What I want is this:

HOST my own KCE
RUN KAE outside KCE domain.
Have users upload and load video files and mix them
When they click save, the file should be flattened and copied to a location on my KAE server.

Can someone help me with these, please ?
