Reset Plugin?

I need to reset the registration for the plugin from the Kaltura service to the local Community Server. However, once this plugin is installed it seems to keep the registration information even when it is deleted and re-installed (not a good idea FYI!). I have tried twice to delete this plugin to re-initialize so I can start from scratch. I took a look at the database and the only kaltura table was "wp_kaltura_widgets", which I dropped to no effect. This is mind numbingly frustrating that once the plugin is installed there is no method apparent to reset or change registration details to a different server.
