Does the community version have support to take RSS feeds of video content? Is there a plugin that will do that?

You probably meant MRSS which is supported by default by Kaltura, but in case you did mean standard RSS I wrote a guide for both. check out http://www.kaltura.org/create-rss-feed-media-entries
