Selecting Video Cam locks module...

Hi,
We've several Drupal installs using Kaltura module and suddenly have experienced this problem... when a user goes to select the video cam, we get the access or deny flash box and then the module locks up... it says it is waiting for "cdnakmi.kaltura.com" ... not only that, regardless of what you do, you get to the same place regardless of what site we are on, AND it still appears when we flush the cache on the browser.

Frankly I haven't a clue as to what's going on. The mouse seems inoperative while this is happening and waiting does not seem to make any difference. Again, we've tried this on multiple sites with multiple kaltura accounts. And this worked fine a few weeks ago.

What's up?

Are there incompatibilities with other modules? Say Lightbox? (We've had this module installed for sometime without problem...)
