Server Status message

After installing KalturaCE I do get the message that the Kaltura server is up and rnning but i get this message:

Notice: Undefined variable: batch_status in C:\wamp\www\kalturaCE\index.php on line 50

trying to run the server status section link give me the error:

You don't have permission to access /kalturaCE/< on this server.

I had kaltura working but it was uploading to the Kaltura site. When i reached the 10gig limit, i decided to download the CE version and install. This is for a Drupal site...

any troubleshooting ideas would be greatly appreciated....
