Stuck after install

Ok so I installed kaltura CE 64bit with most everything but memcache going smoothly. I'm not sure why it shows memchace not enabled buy my terminal disagrees.

After installation I tried to log into my Kaltura manager but it will not accept the email and password that was sent in my email and the alert box that pops up is blank with just an 'ok' button. Where do I even begin to troubleshoot this?

Forgot to include my server specs which are:

Linux 2.6.18-028stab069.5 x86_64

PHP version: 5.2.6-2ubuntu4.6
MySQL version: 5.0.67
Apache version: 2.2.9 (Ubuntu)

Can you zip the log directory and upload? (make sure you clear any personal data).

I wasn't allowed to upload it to this message. Thanks for your help, I'm really excited to try this out but dismayed at how difficult it has been to install.

It seems that my version of XAMPP was off, installed a newer version and am now good to go.
