Suddently, It cannot upload Files with different KCWs. Initiated/Blocked on 100%

I could upload files with different integration platform "Moodle/Elgg".

However, we don't know what we did that, suddenly the File Upload option is not working. When the user click on Upload button, the progress bar is initiated on 100% and stay blocked.

Does anybody know anything about?

It happened on 2 different KCWs.
