We plan to add support additional OS systems to allow wide spread of the Kaltura CE.
currently there were several requests for support in the forums:

Hello,
I just recently installed Kaltura CE 1.01 on my Centos 5.3 server. Kaltura CE is working great. I did not need to do any additional server configurations.

Hooked up the Drupal module to my Kaltura CE. Pretty awesome combo and you gotta love that it's all free :-).

I'm following the install instructions for CentOS 5.6 64 bit and almost have it working, but I would love to get it up and running on OS X.
