Transcoder Kaltura CE convert code is brittle

Hello,

I am attempting to use a local installation of FFMPEG. When I run FFMPEG from the command line I always get an error. The error is known bug with FFMPEG, the transcoding process still works.

File Location kalturaCE/kaltura/alpha/apps/kaltura/lib/conversion/kConversionEngine.class.php. The "function convert" fails if any result is returned from FFMPEG or any of the 3rd party software used by Kalture CE.

Perhaps, it should be possible to define what returned results are acceptable when calling Third-party programs.
