Unable to allocate memory for pool

kaltura_apache_errors.log shows a lot of the following messages:

PHP Warning: require(): Unable to allocate memory for pool. in /opt/kaltura/app/symfony/util/sfCore.class.php on line 161

I already tried to increase the memory_limit of my php.ini but didn't help.

Are there any suggestions?
