Upload content blank dialog

I'm having an issue with Kaltura that I can't seem to figure out. The issue is when I go to upload content it just loads a small gray dialog box with nothing in it and I can't close it or do anything with it. Has anyone else had this issue, or does anyone know how to resolve it? I've checked the Kaltura api log but there isn't any errors returned. I also tried using Firebug but it's not returning anything either. I also attached an image showing what is happening.

I'm guessing you may have changed the "Publisher Specific Host" and/or "Publisher Specific CDN Host" settings? That may be the issue.

I'm working with him on this, I haven't changed the settings for Publisher Host, or CDN. But I am stuck as to what to enter in the storage areas, or in this dialog as I can't find any documentation as a guide for CE. There is documentation for installation, but how do we configure once installation is complete?

This is such a good package, but documentation is very poor. I saw that Kaltura had been given a 20 million fund, could you please help people like us who are wanting to use it, but need a step by step guide to hosting on our own server.
