upload with csv file - error converting in log

I uploaded a file via the console , then deleted it

the I tried to do it with a cvs file (to test multiple uploads)

"advertisement horseandcountry TV : Dogs",,"ads, dog",ftp://mydomain.com/dogs_600.mp4,video

csv file is accepted, file uploaded but error.log shows an erro :

advertisement horseandcountry TV : Dogs,,"ads, dog",ftp://mydomain.com//dogs_600.mp4,video,06947tl7n7,"Error converting"

when I look in the entries in process list , I can see the error :

FAILED failed to fetch http header. state: DOWNLOAD_HEADER_PROGRESS, failed to match content-length

I don't understand what's wrong ? (as I can upload & convert it via the console ) and more I don't know how to delete these entries in process .....

any clue ?
