Uploading Image Fails - "Add Entry Call Failed"

I am having trouble with the image upload.
Using:
Drupal 6.16
KalturaCE - Media stored and streamed from my own server
Drupal Kaltura 6.x-1.4

Uploading video works fine, I am having problems with the images.

Here is where it fails

Yet it still shows up in my content entires, only no image and no thumbnail

More info

My server status seems to be fine, "Your KalturaCE Server Is Up And Running"
All services are running.

Any ideas on this "Add Entry Call Failed" error?

I am also getting the same error. Did you find a reason why its happening?

Did you try to read the files in the logs folder?

We are having the same problem. We are changing our shared server to see if that is the problem. If you have a solution, please, can you let us know what you have found out?

ACTUALLY, We are having the problem with videos.
