Uploading Image not Working

Using Kaltura CE 2.0.1

Image upload is not working.
Video upload is working.

Start:
HOST/index.php/kmc/kmc3#dashboard
Upload Content
Photo
Upload
Browse
Select image (tried jpg and png)
Click upload
Status turns to "Done"
Next
Thumbnail appears broken.
Change Category to "Image"
Press Next.

On KMC go to Manage
I can see my uploaded image there - Thumbnail is not present. - Status says "Ready"
I click on the image link, pops up a box with all the info on the file. There is still no thumbnail.
I click "Preview & Embed" And not much shows up, just this "video platform video management video solutions video player"

How do I direct link to this image? Does it have it's own URL?
