Hi to all,
I use the plugin for a Wordpress blog. Everything was working well, but now when I want to add a video, it uploads correctly on Kaltura's server, but the code added in my post is missing an ID :
[kaltura-widget wid="" width="678" height="446" addpermission="" editpermission="" /]
There should be an ID for the video here : wid=""
The videos posted before still work perfectly.
What happened ? I did not upgraded Wordpress or make any change to the theme.
Is there a way to find this code somewhere ?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Yes, I did that first, but the code doesn't seem to appear anywhere. There is only the Id for the uploaded video, which is a different code. This is not the one used by the plugin...
Any idead ? Anyone ?
Well, I think I need to find another plugin, one that actually works...
Hi Underscore,
I am experiencing the same problem. I noticed that it is caused by the visual editor. If I'm at the HTML view when I insert a video, and press publish before I get back to Visual view, everything goes right. But if after I insert the video, I go back to the visual editor, the parameters for the kaltura-widget get the same look as your sample above. I get the same results if I insert the video directly into the visual editor (starting the sequence of the video upload from the visual editor)
Not sure what may have caused this. I did not make any change to the editor, but at some point, it started to do this (the plugin was working right at some point, and I was able to post some videos)
Any ideas?
Hi,
Did you look at the KMC (maybe the code is there?)
