Videos stay always in "Entries in process"

Hi all,

I installed KalturaCE and everything seems to be fine.
I can upload pictures normaly.
When I upload a Video, I can see the videos in "Entry in process" but the converting process never end.

I'm looking for a log file that tell me what are doing with the processing but in all logs everything seems to be fine.

I look at log file kalturaCE/logs/kaltura_batch.log and there are many lines of the same error:

symfony [err] {sfParseException} Configuration file "/var/www/kalturaCE/symfony-data/config/php.yml" specifies key "zend.ze1_compatibility_mode" which is not a php.ini directive [err0002]

I tried to enable zend.ze1_compatibility_mode on php.ini but this cause many crashs on KalturaCE.

Anyone can help me?
