webcam record freeze

Hi
When recording video from webcam, it often just record 2-3 seconds, and then the video freeze (audio is fine). The server is self-hosted CE. This didn't appear before. Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

More information: I found the recording went smoothly with flash player 10.1, but with 10.2 it always has the video freeze issue. It seems that on 10.2, the video is not streamed to the server when recording, while with flash 10.1, the video is streamed to the server when recording.

Quite baffled. Any help would be appreciated.
