What services require ADMIN type KS?

In the document "Kaltura API and TestMe Console Introduction" http://www.kaltura.org/kaltura-api-and-testme-console-introduction
It says "To know what services require ADMIN type KS, refer to the API documentation. "

I can not find the information in the V3 API doc http://www.kaltura.com/api_v3/testmeDoc/index.php . Anyone can help?
