Widget Configuration using Java API

I have KalturaCE installed on a linux machine, and I am trying to build a uploader widget in java that communicates with the installed KalturaCE. But so far, I can't find any API I can use to configure the service URL (e.g. http://192.168.x.xx/KalturaCE) so the client widget can talk to the KalturaCE server. Anyone can give any input, it will be greatly appreciated.
